DIGITAL VISIBILITY (“DV”) PROGRAM PARTICIPATION DECLARATION
I hereby declare and agree to participate in this DV program with the following terms and conditions set below:
Will give access to MPI Generali’s partner post on agent’s behalf on their Facebook (FB) Business Page.
Will review and give approval to contents created by MPI Generali’s partner to be posted on agent’s FB Business Page.
Will follow the standards set by MPI Generali in creating the Agent’s FB Business Page – ie MPI Generali’s template for the cover photo and profile photo plus Business Page write-up.
Agent will use this FB Business Page owned by them – but to post only MPI Generali’s branded materials as this is part of the DV program. Agent is to maintain separate accounts for personal and professional uses.
Will not post any other materials or comments which may be harmful, deceitful, slander, negative or political in nature on the Agent’s FB Business Page. The MPI Generali Corporate Image is to be safeguarded at all times.
Agent may produce their own content, such as visual, videos, content write-ups but must ensure contents and logo usage are in compliance with MP1 Generali Branding & Communication guideline, MPI Generali may request for amendments or removal of the content if it is found inappropriate or misleading.
Allow comments and enquiries by other FB users and commit to respond to such comments / enquiry within 1 day.
Should not respond/react on provocative topics / rumors/ speculations – and to make it clear that the reply is agent own opinion and to include a disclaimer statement “eg: the statement is not endorsed by MPI Generali”. Also when replying to comment or post, agent is required to identify themselves as an authorized agent of MPI Generali.
Fully responsible for agent’s own FB Business Page and will not hold MPI Generali liable for any misconduct on the agent’s FB Business Page.
Will not raise any dissatisfaction towards MP! Generali in the Agent’s FB Business Page.
To adhere to MPI Generali branding guidelines for all written communication and as reasonably expected in a professional communication.
MPI Generali reserves the right to terminate the program or remove an agent from the program as and when it deems fit. In such scenario, Agent is to abide to any amendments that are required by MPI Generali.
Agree to change and update necessary information on agent’s FB Business Page in line with the upcoming Business Transfer and Name Change.
