Our analytics team works with our call center team to ensure we reach out to individual users and get them to adopt the platform. In case we see a dip in certain users’ usage we reach out and understand the reason behind it and ensure fix the gap for the other users.

We also carry out a lot of engagement activities with the users and sales team members to ensure the amplispot platform adoption is high. This is done by our team reaching out to the end-user directly over calls or via WhatsApp
